Surveys
Some companies administer employee surveys on their own. Today stress has risen at work because of required downsizing. Most employees will not provide honest responces to your questions, because they are in fear of loosing their job.
When we conduct employee surveys, we are able to assure privacy and confidentiality to your employees. We do want to know their name or in what department they work. Disenfranchised employees cost you money. They infect other workers with their disappointment in the company. Unless these employees are either motivated or terminated, the virous will spread.
