Our Program:

We will provide your company with a FREE two-week Evaluation & Optimization Study.
- Evaluate your written Business Plan.
- Interview and observe your Managers. (There will be a maximum impact of two hours per manager.)
- Interview your workers. (Typically 20-30 minuets per employee)
- Provide a Written Evaluation for you to retain as an action plan. The reasons for change and anticipation impact will be indicated within the report.
- Everything will be done with complete confidentially. We will not ask the names of your employees, so they can answer without fear of retaliation or harm.

- I have over 20 years of supervision and management experience within the Construction Industry. Foreman, Project Manager, Estimator, Business Owner.
- I am discrete enough to have worked with former Celebrities, Politicians and Multi-Millionaires
- I have received internal company awards for motivation and improving employee morale.
- I am a recovering “Jerk”, who managed through intimidation and threats. (The wrong way to manage)
- A student of Business Management and Motivation for more then 25 years.
I also have developed a team of trusted strategic partners in Human Resources, Insurance, Accounting, Legal, Internet Marketing / Website Development and other specialized disciplines of business. These are separate business, which may be referred to you at some point in our relationship. Any agreement made with any other company will be addressed in a separate agreement.
